Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack Your Frames
Securely place your eyewear in its original case and box to prevent damage during transit, then affix the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
